Bintro takes your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect your information. No data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The following is a summary of the measures Bintro takes to protect your information and descriptions of ways we implement these measures for different types of information you may provide to us.

Each individual using the Internet can take steps to help protect their information and further minimize the likelihood that a security incident may occur.

Bintro maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Vendors and Partners

Bintro works with vendors and partners to protect the security and privacy of user information.

Employee and Contractor Access to Information

Bintro limits access to personal information about you to those employees who we reasonably believe need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Reporting security issues

Please contact customerservice@bintro.com in case of the following events

  • If you need to report a technical vulnerability
  • If you want to report abusive behavior, spam, email scams, connectivity problems, or other non-security issues.
  • If you have been contacted by someone about your Bintro account asking for a password, birth date or other personal information, please forward the email to customerservice@Bintro.com.

  • In the event that you believe that your personal safety is at risk or if you believe that you may be the victim of identity theft or other illegal conduct, please contact the appropriate federal, state or local law enforcement agencies directly

Report a phishing email

If you received an email that says it's from Bintro or another trusted source but you suspect it might be a phishing email, forward the email to customerservice@Bintro.com

Report a phishing web site

To report a phishing web site to Bintro, please send the information about the web-site to customerservice@Bintro.com

If you know of a web site that is impersonating a company other than Bintro (for example, eBay, PayPal, or a bank or other financial institution), we encourage you to report the web site to the impersonated company directly. You might also want to report the phishing web site to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at spam@uce.gov, as well as to the Anti-Phishing Working Group at reportphishing@antiphishing.org
